yup, that was a hammer workout yesterday. my butt hurts like hell whenever I move! *hehe* but yeah, that’s a good thing, as I hardly ever get relly sore these days, even though I am working it real hard.
today was my day off when it comes to exercising. Had classes til 4 and now I am home waiting for my band members to come and have an acoustic practice. We have our first ever acoustic show on October the 6th,.. so yeah. Actually we have a regular show and the acoustic one after that. It’s gonna be a really busy day!

I know it’s been a while, but now I am back on tumblr for good!
I did my workouts and stuff, but now I want it more than ever! Started taking in more than 100 grams protein per day, working out 4 times a week! Mostly strength!
Time to get those muscles on!
