She was asked: “What advice do women always ask you for?”

She answered: “They get caught on plateaus. In that case what you need to do is give yourself a couple of days of rest and bump up your calories by 10 percent. When you lose weight quickly, your body often responds by releasing hormones to increase your appetite and store more fat. That’s a survival instinct meant to help us conserve fuel during times of famine. You can outsmart it by eating a little more and resting. That usually helps jump-start your metabolism again.”

I kinda injured my shoulder, but I have no idea how,…. well I am not allowed to train anything where the shoulder moves and I am pretty pissed about that. I was so happy before, cuz I finally saw results coming. And this throws me totally back. I am really frustrated I have to say,…. well

I’ll still go to the gym and just focus on my legs and also my abs,…

hope you guys are doing better,.. now I am off to an exam,….

sore legs

yup, that was a hammer workout yesterday. my butt hurts like hell whenever I move! *hehe* but yeah, that’s a good thing, as I hardly ever get relly sore these days, even though I am working it real hard.

today was my day off when it comes to exercising. Had classes til 4 and now I am home waiting for my band members to come and have an acoustic practice. We have our first ever acoustic show on October the 6th,.. so yeah. Actually we have a regular show and the acoustic one after that. It’s gonna be a really busy day!

Well, well,… now I continue waiting and browsing through your guy’s blogs. :)

Hey guys!

I know it’s been a while, but now I am back on tumblr for good!
I did my workouts and stuff, but now I want it more than ever! Started taking in more than 100 grams protein per day, working out 4 times a week! Mostly strength!
Time to get those muscles on!
