INSANITY FIT TEST

Well here are the results of my first fit test and today’s results (two weeks later):

SWITCH KICKS: 98 / 103

POWER JACKS: 46 / 53

POWER KNEES: 90 / 105

POWER JUMPS: 30 / 46

GLOBE JUMPS: 9 / 11

SUICIDE JUMPS: 12 / 13

PUSH-UP JACKS: 16 / 20

LOW PLANK OBLIQUE: 47 / 63

:) I am really happy about the results. I guess I am really bad at suicide jumps,… for whatever reason. BUT I have the feeling that I will get better on those as well! 

:D

now I am off to bed, I am hella tired!

Good Morning

:) Well,… after only 5,5 hours of sleep I am about to go to school and write my second exam of this week. Yesterday I scored a 100% in my EXCEL exam :) *yay*

After coming home I have to go and buy monster magnet tickets for my friend, because I promised her to buy them as I get them cheaper. O.o Oh man,.. I’d rather take an afternoon nap, but well,… she is a very good friend. I also have to go and pay the rent for December. When I am finaly really home I’ll do my second FIT TEST and I am pretty excitef how I am gonna perform! :)

BUT FOR NOW: I am off to school *gnahh*

So I'm really trying to eat healthy and stuff like that, but my budget is really tight. I was wondering what kind of food and stuff I can get that's still healthy but pretty inexpensive to buy, too? Thanks! (:

oh well, the first thing that comes to my mind: oats! -> but better only in the morning or for lunch, not at night. I also think potatos do a good job and vegetables in general ( I always buy them frozen). I also love apples and bananas, which are not too expensive also. When it comes to protein: low fat cream cheese and protein powder, which is actually not too expensive. I don’t know where you live and what the prices are like, but here: yogurt is pretty cheap as well, but stick to the low fat, natural ones (you can mix in some fruits and oats). I also really recommend eggs, but they are sort of expensive when you buy free-range-eggs. I mostly eat for lunch mixed vegetables with a little bit of cheese and one whole egg :) It tastes really good. It’s also good with some beans or tuna in it. Sometimes I also put a bit ham into it. Talking about kidney beans: they are a really good protein source. I know nuts are sort of expensive, but you could buy natural almonds -> they are great as a snack for in between (about 10-15 almonds, not more, cuz they have pretty many calories ;) ).

I’ll try to post more of my meals, because I actually don’t spend too much money on food but usually eat healthy. :) I hope I could help you a little bit.

Horror Day

Well, this day started out really bad. I was hella tired and lazy all day. My boyfriend event took a nap after lunch, so you see: really lazy. I have sore muscles and feel tired as a whole. Nevertheless I somehow managed to motivate myself and I did my workout. -> Cardio Power and Resistance. I felt like dying throughout the whole workout, BUT I am so glad that I  made it! :)

INSANITY WEEK 2

Hello dear followers,

how are you all doing? I feel GREAT. Why? because I just started the sencond week of Insanity and it makes me feel great. I love the workouts and how Shaun T. keeps me motivated. It’s a lot of fun! Sure inbetween it feels kinda hard and rough, but the feeling in the end, when you pushed really hard is priceless. I am excited for tomorrows workout. Today I did Cardio Power and Resistence and (because I felt like doing more) cardio abs. :) I am curious if I can feel my abs hurting tomorrow, hehe,.. it was pretty tough,… but I like it when I feel that I did something.

I have an oracle mid term test tomorrow and right now I am about to study some more,… Whish me luck! I hope all of you are well and as motivated as I am! :)))

REST DAY

today is my insanity rest day,… and I feel so bad about it. lol I know my body needs a bit of a rest but I feel so lazy about it ;)

Insanity makes me feel AWESOME! :)

I just completed my first week of insanity! :) Tomorrow’s my first rest day.

I feel incredibly good! Sure, I got some sore muscles, but all in all I feel really fit already. I am so excited for next week! :D Sounds kinda insane, huh? ;)

Other than that there is a lot of school stuff going on, in this week alone I have 3 tests (of which one was today *yay*, and I think I’ll get an A)

so yeah, now I’m waiting for my sweetheart to come home,…

I wasn’t quite so bad yesterday as it was really just a “recovery” workout! :)

But today insanity is going to kick my ass again. Workout 4 here I come.

Else I gotta study lots and lots for school. O.o I have three exams next week and a lot of homework to do.

I hope the week after that will be better and I can tumble more again. hihi

Insanity -> my third workout?

oh well, I am about to do my third insanity workout which is cardio recovery,….

I feel like crap today because yesterdays workout PLUS gym was a little too much and I have sore muscles. whatever,… I am going to do my insanity workout NOW! ;)
