O.o

Oh wow, I hate my alarm clock! I am sooooo tired. I studied til about 1 am yesterday, so I only had about 5hrs, maybe 5,5hrs of sleep. I am soooo tired and I feel really crappy. I actually wanted to go to the gym after school today, but I have a sore throath and feel really weak, so I guess I might just head home and relax. Maybe if I feel better I I’ll do my insanity workout or some yoga. 

For now: I have to get ready, 5 hrs of school and in the last one I have my huge test. - in 3rd hour I get last weeks exam back,… the one I didn’t do so good in. O.o well,.. thats what we call motivation huh? -.- 

Yesterday I had another exam and I did really good actually. For a workout I did Max. Cardio, which was really exhausting. But still awesome. U simply have to love Shaun T. 

SO,.. WELL,… I’ll try to get myself motivated now. ;) I hope after all it’s still gonna be a great day. Tomorrow I can finally head home for christmas.

Yesterday was crazy! But more about that later today! As usual I am on my way to school! I have an exam today, but I am not really nervous as I know all I have to know! Tomorrows the next one which is a bit tougher! I guess I have to study really hard in the afternoon!
I did one of the max insanity workouts yesterday, today I’ll do another one! They are great! :)

Well, here I am on my tram to school! 6 hours of craziness! And after that I have to hurry home and do my workout for the day! Later I have to go to my master-paper professor because he has a little Christmas celebration! Before that I have to discuss my topic with him! It’s a pretty freaking busy day! Talk to u later! ;)

hey! thank you for following me back :) I saw that you're also doing insanity! how are you liking it? x

I really LOVE it! :) Shaun T. is so motivating and he makes me wanna go to my limits. I’ve never experienced something like that. I mean,.. I did a lot of different worklouts and workout dvds, but no one makes me wanna push as hard as Shaun T does. :) it’s awesome! How do u like it? I really dig your blog! :)

new week

good morning guys and gals! :)

I just did my workout for today.  I was kind of bored with core cardio and balance, so I decided to do the first workout of month 2. WELL OH WELL…. I felt like dying. I mean, yeah, it was great, for sure, but I feel like a loser. I think it’s really really hard and tough. Right now I actually feel energized, which is pretty good as I have to study like crazy today. 

Later that day, I think about doing cardio abs and also core cardio and balace. Sounds crazy, but I had a rest day yesterday and I feel so lame. O.o hihi.
also, it was my sweety’s birthday, so my nutrition was not perfect.

 my plan for today:

  • workout
  • post office
  • grocery shopping
  • study and study and study
  • lunch
  • workout
  • shower
  • study again
  • dinner
  • maybe watch TV or just cuddle with my sweetheart
  • SLEEP :o) 

 food so far:
for breakfast: oatmeal with peanuts and rice pops and cinnamon
“snack”: Protein shake

good night :)

so it’s 10 pm already and I am about to take a bath and go to bed after that. I am hella tired. I have been studying all day, because I have an exam tomorrow. It’s Internet and Office Management. Sounds pretty easy but the teacher asks a lot. 

I did my Insanity workout “Core Cardio and Balance” and also “Cardio Abs” and “6 minutes Hip Hop Abs”. I actually wasn’t really motivated today, but while working out I felt so great and got motivated. ;) Kinda “insane”

Hey! When doing insanity do you use the regular schedule ? Do you know if there is a lighter schedule because I get really sore and cant do the regular ones. Thanks!:)

hey there!

well I do them exactly as the Insanity workout calendar says. sometimes I add some other stuff as well. Or switch the workouts around a little bit. I would recommend that you put in some extra rest days. you can for instance do a workout on monday and rest on tuesday, workout on wednesday, and rest on thursday,… and so on. When you are just a beginner or never did workouts like that it will take your muscles longer to recover. If you don’t want to take rest days you can also do cardio every other day instead of the insanity workout. I would choose “light cardio” like fast walking or slow running or stepper or something like that. But when your muscles are really really sore you should try to rest and take a bath or something like that and do some light stretching.

Don’t worry your body will get used to it really fast. If you choose to do the workouts every other day, you can try to take fewer rest days in the following weeks and in no time your body is going to adapt! :) 

I had a time when I didn’t do any sports for a year,… OMG you should have seen me after my first workout,… I had sore muscles for a week or so and I could barely get out of bed. ;) That was almost three years ago, and now I am so glad that I started working out again. After a few months I was in a really good shape again. 

I hope that I could help you! :) Remember: you’ll get better and better, just give it time. and those insanity workouts are literally insane.

I want abs that you can see perfectly, you can see them faintly and when i flex you can see them perfectly. I eat healthy, skip rope and run everyday for 1h and every second day i do ab workouts. which consists of 2 sets of 40 situps, 40 crunchs, 40 leg lifts, and 40 russian twists. I don't feel the burn in my abs at all. Also i do box on a punching bag. I'm 16 about 135 and 5'10. plz help will p90x help? and i heard that if i wanna get ripped that i should stop running cuz it burns fat and some

Well, Isee you are “on it”, but I think more important than doing abs exercises is CARDIO. In case you wanna see your abs you have to lower your bodyfat. on www.scoobysworkshop.com you can find out more about that. He is a great guy and explains exactly what to do when you want your abs to show. Also I would say more important in that case is also nutrition. Try to watch scooby’s videos and find out what you can do about your nutrition! ;) 

I am working on the abs showing problem also atm. I am having a lot of difficulties with it ;) losing fat is not so easy for girls, BUT you are 16 and with that age it is still easier to lower your bodyfat. :) So yeah, check out Scooby + I am a huge Insanity fan. I also checked out P90X and it’s a great training. But yeah, any Cardio will help you with your goal. ;) Hope I could help you!
