OMG YES! im so happy you found my blog! Im now following you, && you're a trainer. I wanted to ask a question. Recently I have been losing weight but my lower tummy still stays the same. if i keep losing will it go away or do i have to target it?
Hey there! :) Thanks for writing me and following me! I really like your blog.Awesome that you’ve lost some weight -> good job! I know it’s hard work and it takes a lot of discipline. Well, I can’t really answer your question, because that is different from person to person, depending on your body type. I mean, if you keep losing weight, it will eventually dissapear, but this might not be healthy anymore. Mostly it’s also depending on your abdominal wall and which form it has. You know there are REALLY skinny girls out there who still have a “curve” in their belly, meaning: it’s not totally flat. But I know, that a lot of people have difficulties getting rid of their lower tummy - that’s one of those really though parts. So my advise: HANG IN THERE! Cardio is always helpfull when it comes to lose fat fast. But also building up muscles helps with losing fat (more muscles = the more calories your body will burn). Unfortunately there is no training that will help you to get rid of fat at exactly one particular spot of your body. I mean, there are books that help to lose fat in the abdominal area (combination of nutrition and workouts). But they are basically only saying that you have to focus on the right nutrition and work out (Cardio,… a lot of cardio ;) ). Are you following a certain diet? There are two websites I would recommend when it comes to the right nutrition:http://www.scoobysworkshop.com/ -> he is a bodybuilder, hehe, but his nutrition tips are fabulous!!! And you can also make your workoutplan - depending on your goal (so that’s a good page to check out). andwww.bodyrock.tv -> her recipes are really nice. The workout she does is really hard. :) Good Luck and let me know about your progress.
It’s 9:30 almost and I am about to hit the gym and do some cardio and muscle building. I have a sore wrist right now, so I can’t do all the good stuff :( This is really bad, because I have the feeling that all my muscles in my arms are vanishing. It’s been 4 weeks already without any training for my arms…. but well,.. I gotta get through this and hope that my wrist gets better soon.
I just had breakfast: oatmeal with soy milk, nuts and berries. That was delicious! =)
I am Kat and I started this blog to have a sort of a diary. I want to check on what I am eating and compare to other people. I don’t want to lose weight, but to get fitter and leaner! :)
Also I am a fitnesstrainer so I pretty much know how to do things. :) But I just finished the course and did most stuff only in theory. So if you wanna ask any questions, go ahead, I will try to help. :)
