Hey guys, :)
After having a rest day yesterday, I decided to do an Insanity workout! :) Was fun! I guess I can’t rest 2 or 3 days in a row…. I am doing the Jamie Eason program rigt now,.. but with a few variations,… I split the exercises differently, so that I only have 3-3 gym days a week, and on the other days I do Insanity or something alike. It feels good, and it seems to work for me! :)

oh my,.. sorry for the way too late reply. I was kinda busy and offline during vacation. :) I would try the pushups on my knees. Just do as many as you can and stay in the starting position, it will also do something to work your muscles and help you get used to the movement! :) The Month 2 workouts are “killer”. O.o I have trouble following *hihi* but well,.. that makes it even more challenging, right? :) have fun!
no, it doesn’t matter. It might actually be good for you to give your body more rest inbetween the workouts. :) I always combine two days in one and take the next off. It just works better for me. So don’t worry. It’s actually equally important to check your nutrition is right. I really love the bodybuilding forum, because they give amazing advice! :)
well, I am back home! .. had a hell of a train ride. snow chaos everywhere. But glad to be back. It’s already almost three and I am not tired yet, which really sucks. Luckily tomorrow is sunday! <3
Today is brutal,… I only slept 5 hrs. I just couldn’t get myself to rest,… I was up, after my husband left for work and I actually I should have gone to school, but there was a test and I decided to skip it. I didn’t feel so well and I was not in the mood to study after just coming back from vacation. PLUS: I worked so hard this semester, and right now I get an A in that class, so well,.. I wouldn’t wanna ruin that. I found out that the test wasn’t that serious and she didn’t even collect them. So I could have gone to school,.. hm,.. still glad I didn’t go.
In about an hour and a half I have to catch my train to granny. I am looking forward to seeing her, but after vacation, meaning: spending 16 days (all 24 hrs) with my husband, I feel like I am so alone going there without him. O.o I even miss him during the day, when I am at school and he is at work. awww,…. that sucks so much.
so yeah, all in all I am a mess,… totally exhausted and tired. My muscles hurt like hell from the gym an I judt wanna go to bed or take a warm bath. At least I got a first class ticket this time, so I might even have internet during my trainride.
okidoke, that’s it for now,.. I know it’s a nonsense post but I really felt like getting that off of my chest. I hate feeling down, without even having a real reason!
