On my way to the gym! :) just went to school for 2 hrs instead of 5 *guilty*
Good morning everyone.
I just got up and now I am watching Gossip Girl. :)
For breakfast I had 5 egg whites and a bit of oatmeal.
I was at the gym yesterday,… did legs and shoulders. Today it’s back time and also cardio intervall training.
Can’t wait. I just love my new workout shedule. :) Jamie Eason kicks ass. Feels good, certainly.
For a snack I’ll have a whole wheat toast with PB and a Banana. <3
I’ll get ready now, finish the GG episode and head to school.

Had really bad stomachache tonight, but it’s all good now. Really weird. :( Hope it’s gone for good. Ok, more later :)

hope you’re all doing really well. :)
I’ve been pretty busy lately. Got home from my Granny’s yesterday at lunchtime. We had a really nice lunch with friends (I had steak and vegetables).
Today I had school and afterwards I went to the gym: I did Jamie Easons Day 46,.. shoulders and added some ab exercises.
Now I gotta study :( mäh
btw. The Hunger Games is such a great book series. Starting with book 2 today! :DD

I was about to post my breakfast, but it wont work. O.o Meeeh
I’ll try again later though. But here is what I had: 3 egg whites and a whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana on top. O;G, it was sooo goood! :) I bought organic PB yesterday, so that’s why I had it today. *yummy*
Well, okidoke, for noe I have to go to school. Nothing fancy today so it’s ok. I’ll get one test back so yeah,.. that’s about the only exciting thingy.
After school I’ll head to the gym. I have a shoulder workout and cardio to do! :)

my internet was down until now and I was really desperate already. Hehe,.. well, here I am and it’s working again.
I was at the gym already, did legs and biceps and triceps. + 30 minutes of intervall training. :) It was awesome. I am kind of exhausted, but I guess after lunch it will me alright again.
… taklking about lunch: I gotta eat now. -> tuna and a whole wheat bread with cottage cheese. :) For breakfast I had oatmeal and 4 egg whites.

oookay, I really had a hell of a weekend. Actually in a very good sense, because I was with my family and my husband and we celebrated my granny’s 80th birthday. We had a nice lunch and of course loads of dessert. I really couldn’t hold back and I kinf of ate like a freak all wekkend. I felt like a charakter from the HungerGames. I was shoveling in everything. So, I am doing CARDIO again. At least this week. I’ll start with 30 minutes intervall training on the treadmill. But today is also my day number 37 in Jamie Easons program.
I feel kind of exhausted and unmotivated, but that is all just because of my little failure over the weekend. I shouldn’t name it failure. Probably my body is just telling me that I should eat some different stuff too. Maybe I am cutting out on too much sugar, when my body actually needs it?
PLAN FOR TODAY:
- get my organization done (ASAP)
- go to the gym:
+ Jamie Eason
+ cardio
- buy me that supercute jacket
- be disciplined when it comes to food
- call Beaker and Evi
- do all the other band stuff I am supposed to do O.o
