Breakfast: apple, coffee /w milk + a little sugar

Lunch: nuts, granola bar, cappucino

Dinner: steak + salad + vegetables(green beans + zuccini)

Snack: homemade apple pie (low fat/low on sugar) + soy chai latte (low fat)

Note: well, not that impressive. I didn’t have enough breakfast (becaus I was in a train for 4 hrs), and I didn’t have much of a lunch either.I had way to much for dinner. But all in all the calorie intake was ok, but as I said: overall not a “great” food day!

Breakfast: French Toast (1 slice of toast, 1 whole egg + a little bit of milk, 1 tbsp of jam and cinnamon), coffee

Lunch: Salad with 1 apple, a few nuts and cranberries, 1 glas of soy milk

Dinner: chicken breast with vegetables (Zuccini + tomatoes + onions) (had like 200 kcal)

Snacks: O.o cookies - way too many of them, soy chai latte, a handfull of nuts

Note: Should have skipped the cookies obviously. O.o
