yup, that was a hammer workout yesterday. my butt hurts like hell whenever I move! *hehe* but yeah, that’s a good thing, as I hardly ever get relly sore these days, even though I am working it real hard.

today was my day off when it comes to exercising. Had classes til 4 and now I am home waiting for my band members to come and have an acoustic practice. We have our first ever acoustic show on October the 6th,.. so yeah. Actually we have a regular show and the acoustic one after that. It’s gonna be a really busy day!

Well, well,… now I continue waiting and browsing through your guy’s blogs. :)

had two more exam and school is still keeping me really busy. I can’t wait for summer to come and finaly relax a little bit.

I am about to leave to be at schoot at time,…. 5 hours of business blabla and then gym! YAY GYM! :D

oh well,.. I better get going! :)

Good morning guys!

In a few minutes or hours I have my next exam (marketing and other bussiness stuff). Later I’ll head to Schönbrunn (Park in Vienne - SOOOO beautiful) and go for a run. It will be sort of track running (up/downhill) and I wanna do 90 minutes all in all. I need to work on my endurance in Cardio so,… yeah.

After that and a shower I’ll go and see one of my favourite authors of all time -> Markus Heitz <3 He is reading a few lines of his new book today at a book store in Vienna.

breakfast today was: protein shake and oat meal with cinnamon *yum* (and coffee of course)

YES!!! :) I totally scored my last exam,… got an A! *happy*

BUT I have another test on Wednesday and another one next Monday,… busy,… :(

I keep up the clean eating and I was at the gym today. Tried out my new plan. Monday is BACK AND CHEST. Also I did 20 min intervalls after. Tomorrow is Cardio only (running) and on Wednesday is Arms! :)

I think I can say that I am kinda back now. I was really down the past two weeks and had a hard time motivating myself to get out of bed. I think I am better this week. I was at the gym twice and went for a run in the sun (1hr) and had a lot of fun.

So yeah, everything else is pretty busy,… had another show with my band last weekend. Was great fun, but also pretty exhausting. My eating has been pretty good as well. :)

oh well,… I have to write a paper today and if the wheather gets any better I’ll go for a run. MOTIVATION needed (not for the run but for writing that paper O.o )

hey guys,

I’ve been kind of sick the last few day. My nose is like a fountain and I’m coughing real bad. So yeah, that’s why I wasn’t posting os frequently, but I hope I’ll be back to normal by tomorrow, because I want to hit the gym. :) hehe. 
Even more reason to chill today and do homework and all that.

I feel way better today than I felt in a long time. My neck is actually getting better and training yesterday just motivated me again. It’s great what the gym can do with you. Not only physically but mentally. I am so thankfull that I can workout and go to the gym. 

Tonight we’re going to an MXPX show. CAN’T WAIT! I love this band so much! <3 

Before that I have to go to school for 4 hours and hit the gym to do legs. :)
Familiy stuff is still dragging me down, well not actually family, but someone is trying to betray my granny and sue her. But in fact he is wrong, but it seem we can’t really proof anything. That’s freaking me out, because it’s just not fair. WAH! I hope training can keep my mind off that. 

For lunch I made oatmeal to eat it in school! ;) Other planned meals: protein shake after working out, when at home: greek yogurt with banana, honey,  cinnamon. For dinner: we’re going out to eat, so I hope for lean beef and veggies.
