had two more exam and school is still keeping me really busy. I can’t wait for summer to come and finaly relax a little bit.
I am about to leave to be at schoot at time,…. 5 hours of business blabla and then gym! YAY GYM! :D
oh well,.. I better get going! :)

YES!!! :) I totally scored my last exam,… got an A! *happy*
BUT I have another test on Wednesday and another one next Monday,… busy,… :(
I keep up the clean eating and I was at the gym today. Tried out my new plan. Monday is BACK AND CHEST. Also I did 20 min intervalls after. Tomorrow is Cardio only (running) and on Wednesday is Arms! :)

I feel way better today than I felt in a long time. My neck is actually getting better and training yesterday just motivated me again. It’s great what the gym can do with you. Not only physically but mentally. I am so thankfull that I can workout and go to the gym.
Tonight we’re going to an MXPX show. CAN’T WAIT! I love this band so much! <3
Before that I have to go to school for 4 hours and hit the gym to do legs. :)
Familiy stuff is still dragging me down, well not actually family, but someone is trying to betray my granny and sue her. But in fact he is wrong, but it seem we can’t really proof anything. That’s freaking me out, because it’s just not fair. WAH! I hope training can keep my mind off that.
For lunch I made oatmeal to eat it in school! ;) Other planned meals: protein shake after working out, when at home: greek yogurt with banana, honey, cinnamon. For dinner: we’re going out to eat, so I hope for lean beef and veggies.

the exam was actually pretty ok, I think it’s gonna be a B :) Everything else was also ok at school. Later I am supposed to go to my university class, but I think I will skip this weeks classes. I have a lot of catch up work to do and also I need to study for next weeks exams.
Lunch was oatmeal today and some grapes.
Later I’ll head to the gym. My neck still hurts but it’s way better. I am going to focus on arms and abs anyways. :)

the gig we had was really awesome. The crowd went crazy and I loved being on stage again <3 In two weeks well play again in Prague (Czech Republic) and I am so looking forward to it. It’s so much fun. The food was really bad though,… so I am glad to be back home and have my egg whites and all sorts of healthy stuff.
what sucks: I injured my neck/head real bad. *outch* I can barely move my head because it hurts so much. Which sucks, because I have to study for a test tomorrow and I haven’t done anything yet. So one day left to study in pain. OMG, sounds dramatic.
Nevertheless, I want to go to the gym today, as my band is recording tunes here later for the new CD and I can’t stand the loud sound when I am supposed to study. so I kind of got to leave the house. Maybe I’ll go to the gym, work out a bit and then have tea somewhere til 11 pm,…. we’ll see.

It’s like the 6th day in a row or so. XD Ran for an hour and it woke me up! AWESOME,
now I am back to studying. Got a huge exam on monday.

Good Morning Early Birds! :)
It’s not even 6AM yet and I am up already. I have no idea, why I am SO awake.
Well,… I’m gonna go and cook some breakfast and realx before going to school.
- go get some paperwork from the university right after school
- go to the post office to pick up my new bag and protein powder
- band practice
- homework for tomorrow
- do laundry
oh my,… it sounds pretty ok, but actually it’s running from one thing to the other. school til 1:35 pm, straight to university ( I guess I have to wait a long time at the office there, I GOTTA TAKE A BOOK WITH ME), then go to the post office,… I might be at home at 4, and at 5 we got band practice til 7pm. Home at 8, I hope. O.o Sounds busy, right? And that’s when homework time starts.
Tomorrow is more relaxed,… haha, actually not, but instead of school I can go to gym / no school on Friday’s for me *yay* and after that I have to buy a birthday present for my granny.

I got up really early today and went to the gym before school! I had one hour and it was really intense. I did shoulders, arms and abs (partly in supersets). - Jamie Easons Day 32/33 (I left out 2 exercises though). I was totally exhausted after it, but got a protein shake and after that I felt kind of better again. At school I had to take a test and I did pretty good I think. :)
After getting home I ate Sushi (yuuuum). OH and I discovered I got an A in my university exam. YEEES! :)
What I ate so far:
- breakfast: 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, oatmeal
- snack: protein shake, carb energizing bar
- lunch: sushi, banana, some nuts
planned for dinner: salmon, rice and green beans.
Well, now I am gonna wath the latest episode of pretty little liars and later do some homework and study for an upcoming University exam! :)

I just grabbed another coffee to make waking up easier. But I guess today it’s not working. O.o I had a really bad night: went to bed way to early just to find myself struggling falling asleep. So the whole night was a bit of a torture. But yeah, second school semester starts today. I wanted to go back to school shopping and get some really cute clothes, but I was so busy getting from one place to another I just didn’t make it. At least I managed buying a new bag and protein powder online, but it won’t be here until somewhen during the week (I hope on Wednesday already).
Well, for today, I don’t really have too much planned. After school I head right to the gym. And I hope I’ll make it to some fashin shops. I really want to buy some new stuff. What REALLLY sucks: I have to print my bus ticket right now,.. and it doesn’t work. I AM FREAKING OUT! agrrrrrhhh.
Oh my, I gotta go, running late.

Oh wow, I hate my alarm clock! I am sooooo tired. I studied til about 1 am yesterday, so I only had about 5hrs, maybe 5,5hrs of sleep. I am soooo tired and I feel really crappy. I actually wanted to go to the gym after school today, but I have a sore throath and feel really weak, so I guess I might just head home and relax. Maybe if I feel better I I’ll do my insanity workout or some yoga.
For now: I have to get ready, 5 hrs of school and in the last one I have my huge test. - in 3rd hour I get last weeks exam back,… the one I didn’t do so good in. O.o well,.. thats what we call motivation huh? -.-
Yesterday I had another exam and I did really good actually. For a workout I did Max. Cardio, which was really exhausting. But still awesome. U simply have to love Shaun T.
SO,.. WELL,… I’ll try to get myself motivated now. ;) I hope after all it’s still gonna be a great day. Tomorrow I can finally head home for christmas.

Yesterday was crazy! But more about that later today! As usual I am on my way to school! I have an exam today, but I am not really nervous as I know all I have to know! Tomorrows the next one which is a bit tougher! I guess I have to study really hard in the afternoon!
I did one of the max insanity workouts yesterday, today I’ll do another one! They are great! :)

I am pretty tired. I have an exam today in my first class (so, in about 1 hour) and I studies pretty long. And all that after two insanity workouts ( I did the polymetric cardio circuit and cardio abs) and some yoga. I am working on the forearmstand right now and it’s going pretty well. :)
Ok I guess I’ss sip my coffee and eat some nuts and the I am good to go. Whish me luck ;)
Oh, and my plans for today:
- study for my exam tomorrow
- Insanity Workout
- eat healthy
- STAY MOTIVATED
